Roman Urdu and its Uses

Roman Urdu is infact the name of Urdu language and written with the Roman alphabet. The suggestion of using Roman Urdu several times but the most seriously suggested to adopting Roman Urdu, who was Ayub Khan. He suggested Roman script for Urdu and all Pakistani languages during his rule of the country.
A famous Urdu scholar Habib R. Sulemani said that, “Roman Urdu is strongly opposed by the traditional Arabic script lovers. Despite this opposition it is still used by most on the internet and computers due to limitations of most technologies as they do not have the Urdu script. Although, this script is under development and thus the net users are using the Roman script in their own ways. Popular websites like Jang Group have devised their own schemes for Roman Urdu. This is of great advantage for those who are not able to read the Arabic script. MSN, Yahoo and some desi-chat-rooms are working as laboratories for the evolving new script and language (Roman Urdu).”
Roman Urdu is used in many scripts of Dramas and Films, especially if we see most famous Bollywood, which is major film industry of India, uses the title of Indian films in Roman Urdu. The Bollywood language called Hindi but mostly film dialogues are written in Hindustani. If we see some examples of latest technologies then including one of the most famous technologies is cell phone and its text messages. Many of the people around the world use Roman Urdu for communication via messages.
